But, if you have a health insurance policy with reimbursements you are normally able to choose your therapy provider and later claim back the money from your insurance with the invoice I provide for all clients monthly. Some insurers request that you have an initial referral ('volante' in Spanish) from a doctor for psychotherapy - this is as simple as making an appointment with a doctor and requesting a referral. You will need to check your policy.
